Supported Employment
We provide career exploration, preparation and job placement, along with ongoing job coaching to individuals who are living with a disability and who are interested in obtaining meaningful and competitive employment. We also offer Customized Employment Services to individuals who need a higher level of care.
Benefits Planning
For clients who are currently receiving SSI or SSDI and are interested in working, we provide comprehensive benefits planning and counseling. We also assist clients who may qualify for SSI or SSDI with the applications process.
Pre-employment Transition Services
Our Pre-ETS program prepares clients who are transitioning into the workforce by providing services in workplace readiness, work-based learning, self-advocacy, post secondary education counseling and job exploration counseling.
